Liquitex Satin Gel Medium can be used as a strong collaging adhesive, or to increase texture and extend volume with a satin finish. It increases viscosity of soft body paints, giving a thicker consistency, and gives heavier body paint an oil-like brilliance. This medium slows drying time and enhances appearance of brush strokes, as well as extends colour without affecting acrylic stability. It also maintains paint adhesion, durability and archival quality.

- Contains 237 ml (8 oz)
- Semi-opaque when wet, transparent when dry (when used very thickly, it may dry semi-opaque)
- Can be used with acrylic paints and mediums
- Can be used on all acrylic-friendly surfaces
- Can be thinned by diluting with up to 25% water
- Recommended techniques: painting, impasto, glazing when used with transparent colours, blending and softening edges, collage, decoupage and mixed media, photo transfers
Tips:
- Do not shake or vigorously over-brush as this can result in a foggy, hazy look when dry
- Do not use with any non-acrylic media
